In this segment, guests Varun and Janhvi Kapoor had to phone someone and get them to say, “Hi Karan.” Varun instantly dialled Samay and ribbed him over the recent chatter around him, saying, “Poora news mein aa raha hai, tere saath woh ho gaya.” Puzzled, Samay asked, “Kya ho gaya?” Varun explained, “Arey, woh last episode ke baad, they are saying that you got this thing.” Samay took the teasing lightly and responded, “Kuch na kuch aata rehta hai, bhai.”

The host then playfully nudged the comedian to open up about his love life, saying, “This is how you should be on Koffee With Karan. Come out and tell me the truth about your girlfriend.”
