During a podcast with Raj Shamani, Ravi Kishan was asked whether he wanted more pehchaan (recognition) or paisa (money). His answer instantly became a national trend. “Pehchaan. Money follows my brother!” he replied. As the comment went viral, the political party Ravi is a part of shared the clip on their X account about Gen Z. The actor reposted it, writing, “A good reputation is more valuable than money – PUBLILIUS SYRUS. Reputation and money are linked – and the argument is that reputation is king.”

Ravi Kishan addressed the trolling and memes during a conversation with mid-day, revealing he is well aware of the content circulating online and often receives it from people around him. He said, “They are so viral in crores that even a blind person will watch it. Otherwise, people send me. They are all over the country, all internationally,” he said, adding, “Someone said recently when I went somewhere… the most viral man in India. This is what comes about me, what is written about me these days. So, they send me. I mean, I myself go crazy. What is happening?”He further explained that his viral moments are simply a reflection of his natural personality. “And I am natural. This is me. Now, what people are seeing in me, I don’t understand that. But this is how I am,” he said.Ravi Kishan also spoke about accepting the attention with humour, admitting he expects it to continue. “So let them talk, because I will go viral again, I know that. I will be seen at the airport. How many people will I stop? I will be seen somewhere, and I will go viral. I know that. These days, I am like this. So, I go viral. I still can’t figure out why. There is nothing like that; I don’t have any diamonds,” he joked.
