Hulk Hogan’s lavish Florida mansion has received yet another major price cut, with the late wrestler’s primary Clearwater Beach residence now listed for $6.9 million. The five-bedroom waterfront property was initially put on the market for $10.98 million earlier this year, just months after Hogan’s death.The latest $1 million reduction follows two earlier cuts, bringing the asking price down by more than $4 million from its original listing. The property is being marketed by Realtor.com, with Martha Thorn of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty handling the listing.Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died at the age of 71 at his Clearwater home in July 2025. His death came months after he underwent multiple surgeries and medical procedures involving his neck.
From $10.98 million to $6.9 million
Hogan purchased the larger of his two adjacent Clearwater Beach properties for $3.33 million in April 2012. Four years later, he acquired the neighbouring property for $1.6 million.The primary residence was first listed on January 30 for $10.98 million. It was subsequently reduced to $8.99 million, followed by another cut to $7.9 million in June. The latest reduction has now brought the asking price to $6.9 million.The home sits on a 6,098-square-foot lot and spans just over 5,000 square feet. Located along the “sugar-white sands” of Clearwater Beach, the property offers direct Gulf access and water views from virtually every room.

The primary suite includes a private terrace facing the Gulf, a seating area, an enormous walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a large soaking tub.The listing describes the property as a “true Mediterranean masterpiece” and an “architectural triumph” on Clearwater Beach, highlighting its commanding curb appeal and luxurious interiors.
Hogan’s second Clearwater property also drops in price

Hogan’s neighbouring beachside cottage is also on the market, although it remains a separate property. The smaller home was initially listed on March 30 for $4.5 million before being reduced to $3.9 million on June 6.The wrestler apparently never combined the two properties, instead using the cottage as a guesthouse. The listing describes it as a “dream coastal retreat” located on the northern end of Clearwater Beach.

The cottage spans more than 2,000 square feet and features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It has a pool with a water feature and adjoining spa, along with a sizeable outdoor seating area.A white picket fence separates the cottage from the publicly accessible beach, while a hedge divides it from Hogan’s mansion on one side. Palm trees surround the property on the other.

The interiors feature bright white walls, exposed wooden beams and wood flooring, while large windows and a fireplace add to its coastal character. Some of the listing photographs have been virtually staged, and the homes appear to have been cleared of many of Hogan’s personal belongings.The cottage’s listing describes it as offering the “ultimate Florida lifestyle,” with direct private beach access just steps from the back door.

Questions surrounding Hogan’s estate
It remains unclear which of Hogan’s relatives or associates are overseeing the sale of the Clearwater properties. Public records show that both homes remain registered to an LLC connected to Hogan and his former wife Jennifer McDaniel.Hogan married McDaniel in 2010, a year after his divorce from his first wife, Linda. The couple remained married until 2021. Two years later, Hogan married Sky Daily, with whom he was living at the time of his death.Following Hogan’s death, his son Nick Hogan was named sole heir to his fortune. However, the Clearwater properties were not included among the assets left to his younger child, according to reports.About six weeks after Hogan’s death, Nick, 35, filed documents seeking to become co-personal representative of his father’s estate alongside Terry McCoy. The court subsequently approved the arrangement.The filing revealed details of Hogan’s substantial assets, including around $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and a right of publicity valued at approximately $4 million.
Hogan’s will and family fallout
Hogan’s will was originally executed in 2016 and amended several times, including in 2017, 2021, 2022 and July 2023. The final amendment removed his daughter Brooke as a beneficiary.Brooke and her father had reportedly been estranged. Her husband, Steve Oleksy, previously said she had done her utmost to “uphold her dad’s best interests.”As Hogan’s Clearwater properties continue to sit on the market, the latest price reduction could signal an attempt to attract buyers for the high-value waterfront estate.
