Actor Teja Sajja is working on the sequel of his 2021 hit which is named ‘Zombie Reddy 2 – NXT LVL’. As the movie is currently in the shooting stage, recently the actor shared that the upcoming film will feature bigger action sequences and a grander visual scale than the first part.Speaking about the film with Variety India, Teja Sajja described it as a fun action entertainer and said the team is working to make the action sequences visually impressive.“It’s a fun action film. We are trying to do something on a very grand scale. It will be great visually, in terms of action,” he said.
‘Zombie Reddy 2’ begins shooting
He also confirmed that the film has recently gone on floors. The sequel was announced on August 24, with Suparn S. Varma directing it. The film will also mark Shanaya Kapoor’s debut in South Indian cinema. The first part was helmed by Prasanth Varma, who is now returning as the creator of the franchise.“We have just started shooting. Shanaya Kapoor makes her South Indian film debut with ‘Zombie Reddy 2 – NXT LVL,’” he added.

Teja Sajja has explored different genres through films such as ‘Zombie Reddy’ and ‘HanuMan’. He said he has been part of projects that introduced Telugu audiences to relatively unexplored cinematic spaces.The film also features Kannada veteran Upendra also in a key role.
Teja Sajja to get married
Apart from his upcoming film, Teja has also been in the news over reports of his marriage. The actor has confirmed that he is set to get engaged in November and marry in December as per a Deccan Chronicle.According to the reports, Teja is marrying a US-based tech professional in an arranged match fixed by their parents. The actor has not revealed the bride’s name and reportedly wants to keep the celebrations private.The wedding is expected to take place in Udaipur in December.
