Priyanka Chopra has wished her fans a happy Diwali with pictures from the festive party she recently hosted at her Los Angeles home. The photos show the actress with her husband, Nick Jonas, and their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.

Priyanka Chopra shared a few glimpses of the celebration on Sunday. She wore a burgundy-and-gold strapless gown with zardozi, beadwork and gold thread embroidery. She paired it with a tiny kundan maang, large golden earrings and matching bangles.She tied her hair in a sleek low bun with a fresh white gajra. The ‘Barfi’ actress completed the look with a berry lip and smoky eyes.Nick Jonas wore a cream-and-white embroidered kurta set. Matching her father, little Malti wore a white lehenga.Priyanka captioned the post, “Some camera roll favourites from this Diwali. (Black heart emoji) Wishing you all a very Happy Diwali (Diya emoji) (sic).” Nick responded with a diya and star-eyed emoji.
Keeping traditions alive abroad
Even though she lives outside India, Priyanka makes sure her daughter stays connected to Indian festivals and customs. Recently, she gave fans a look at her Dussehra celebrations in Los Angeles, which included a puja, Shivling Abhishek, havan and Kanya Pujan.In one photo, Nick is seen washing Malti’s feet. Malti wore an ivory outfit with a red scarf that read “Jai Mata Di”.
Karwa Chauth with Nick Jonas
Priyanka also celebrated Karwa Chauth with Nick in Los Angeles. She revealed that he arranged his ongoing tour so that he could be home for the festival.Sharing glimpses, she wrote, “He can home without me asking him to.. knowing how much it would mean to mm and I.. he made sure tour was set up to be home for karwachauth.. (Teary eyes emoji) No one like my guy… May a love like this find you all.. happy karwachauth (Red heart emoji)”.

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will next feature in SS Rajamouli’s ‘Varanasi’. The magnum opus features Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran alongside Priyanka. The movie is set to hit theatres on April 7, 2027.
