Joju George‘s ‘Varavu’ has been postponed again, just a day before it was set to reach theaters on June 12. The Shaji Kailas directorial had already moved from its earlier May 1 release date, and the latest delay came at the last minute. The makers announced the change on social media, but they have not shared a new release date or explained when the film will now arrive in cinemas.

According to Cinema Express, the team behind ‘Varavu’ said the decision came from its effort to give viewers the “best possible cinematic experience.” The makers did not reveal any other reason for the delay. They also did not say whether the postponement was linked to production, distribution, certification, or scheduling issues.The delay adds another wait for fans who expected the film to open in theaters on June 12. The film was originally scheduled for release on May 1, but the makers pushed it to June. Their latest collaboration continues in the action drama space, with family conflict, revenge, and long-buried disputes at the center of the story.The cast of ‘Varavu’ includes Vani Viswanath, Murali Gopy, Arjun Ashokan, Saniya Iyappan, Sukanya, Baburaj, and Vincy Aloshious, among others. Joju George leads the film as Poly.Naisy Reji produced ‘Varavu’ under the banner of Olga Productions. S Saravanan handled the cinematography. Shameer Muhammed edited the film, while Sam CS composed the music.The makers have not announced the revised release date.
