An Indian family living in Plano called the police when journalist Sara Gonzales visited their house with her H-1B allegations, as she had been doing for the past few months. Sara revealed that she got the tip against Rajender Rao Bairineni, an Indian owner of an IT staffing company called Global Star IT Serve LLC. The company did not have a long list of H-1B recruits; they only had one they allegedly did not pay the H-1B hire for two months.The H-1B hire, an Indian techie, told Sara that Rajinder was deducting from his salary illegally and then stopped his payment for two months. In July, Rajinder allegedly sent him an email stating that he did not receive any response on timesheet approval for May and June and that if he did not send those, his contract with the staffing company will be terminated.The H-1B hire said Rajinder was forcing him to sign some documents stating that he received all payment, but as he refused, Rajinder hurled abuses at him when they met at a restaurant. The H-1B staff also revealed that Rajinder’s officer was listed at 8105 Rasor Boulevard in Plano. But it was not a ghost office; it was a completely fake address as Rajinder did not have any office there.Sara visited Rajinder’s house and sent a decoy delivery person so that the person could get Rajinder at the door to sign. As seen in the video, Rajinder’s wife opened the door. When Rajinder came to the door, Sara jumped in and asked him why he was not paying his H-1B staff. Rajinder and his wife shut the door and called the police.Sara played the police complaint in her video. The Indian woman complained that she was terrified as a woman with a mic and camera came rushing to her door when she opened the door for a delivery. An officer asked her whether she wanted to report it or document it as the act of videotaping without trespassing did not qualify as crime.
