The makers have officially confirmed that ‘Gatta Kusthi 2’ will begin streaming on Netflix from July 31. The announcement comes after the film completed a profitable theatrical run, earning more than Rs 55 crore worldwide. The sequel, which was released July 3, ran in theaters for three weeks and was well received by audiences and critics alike. The film also marked an important milestone for Vishnu Vishal, as he recently revealed that it became the first movie in his career to cross the Rs 50 crore gross mark worldwide.

‘Gatta Kusthi 2’ is directed by Chella Ayyavu, who also directed the first film. The movie follows the journey of Veera and Keerthi post the first film.
