News reported that on Wednesday, Hickerson had been at a gas station in Greenville, South Carolina, where a photographer asked him how he was doing and offered his condolences for Panettiere’s passing. In the video that the outlet shared of Hickerson, he was seen wearing a yellow T-shirt and a backwards grey baseball cap. He replied with a blunt answer, saying, “How do you think I’m doing?” When the photographer shared his condolences, he simply replied, “Appreciate it. That’s all I got for you, man.”The outlet also revealed that Hickerson was sporting a black eye, which was reportedly a result of the alleged bar fight that he and his brother Zach had gotten into last Saturday.

On Saturday, reports shared online by TMZ revealed that the two brothers had gotten involved in a brawl in a pub that day. The authorities had been called to the scene and later detained everyone to investigate the matter. Videos released later show Brian flinging a bar stool and later being carried away by a larger man. While Hockerson was let go by the police, his brother Zach, who had been extremely drunk at the time, was taken to the nearby station on charges of disorderly conduct. He left the jail the next day, awaiting his court date.
