They put it on the market for $65 million in July 2025, with the reported sale price reaching $60 million in October. Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo pursue a Spanish-style ranch

The couple also purchased a Spanish-style ranch built in 1919, choosing a different architectural style for their next property. The ranch includes multiple guesthouses, a barn and horse stables. A representative for the family told Architectural Digest that the property offered an opportunity they were keen to pursue and that they planned to develop it over the following year. The move followed the sale of their Montecito mansion, which they had owned and renovated for three years. The ranch provides a new setting for the family while marking a change from their former Georgian-style residence.
