According to a report shared online by PEOPLE, Lowe and Painter held a quiet and private memorial service for their daughter over the weekend to honour her life. The service was kept small and private, and only family members and close friends of the couple attended to honour the 13-year-old’s life.On September 29, earlier in the year, Lowe and Painter had issued an official statement sharing that their daughter, Fiona, had passed away. They called her “a loving young girl who was smart, creative, and loved to dance” and asked for privacy and support in their time of need. They added, “She was adored by her sisters, and she was deeply loved by her parents. In fact, she was the light of our lives. Her passing is devastating for our entire family, and we ask for prayers and privacy at this time.”The Los Angeles Times later reported that the authorities had been called to the Lowe’s home at 12:01 AM, and the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office later confirmed that Fiona had passed away by suicide. A previous report from PEOPLE also revealed that Lowe’s brother, Rob Lowe, has been by his side through everything and is helping the family deal with the loss.A statement from the report read, “Rob and Chad are very close. Their family and friends have rallied around Chad and Kim. Everyone’s heartbroken. They already went through so much with losing their home last year.
