Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt are now officially married: The duo tied the knot at the Pali hill house in Bandra
Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt married in an intimate Bandra ceremony, attended by Ira, Junaid Khan and friends. The couple, dating since 2024, moved in together before deciding to wed. This is Aamir’s third marriage, following Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, with whom he continues co-parenting and running Paani Foundation.

Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt, who had been dating for more than two years, have now tied the knot. The Bollywood superstar and his partner exchanged vows on Sunday in a private ceremony held at their Bandra residence in Mumbai, surrounded by close friends, family, and children from their respective previous marriages.

A spokesperson confirmed to SCREEN that Aamir and Gauri have officially become husband and wife. Ahead of the wedding, Aamir’s children, Ira Khan and Junaid Khan, were seen arriving at the venue for the ceremony. Also spotted making his way to Aamir’s residence was his close friend and ‘Lagaan’ director, Ashutosh Gowariker, along with actor Elli Avram, who arrived for the intimate celebration.

Aamir and Gauri’s relationship started in 2024, after he got back in touch with her in Bengaluru, where she was living, through his cousin Nuzhat Khan. The two had actually first met around 25 years earlier. After they started dating in 2024, they were in a long-distance relationship for close to a year before Aamir told the media she was his “partner,” on his 60th birthday in March 2025.

Aamir Khan feels “settled” with Gauri Spratt

The actor also shared that although he wasn’t planning on marrying a third time at that point, he feels a strong sense of “settledness” with Gauri. She had moved from Bengaluru to Mumbai along with her son from a previous marriage. Gauri, who previously worked at a haircare brand, now supports Aamir at his production banner, Aamir Khan Productions, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last month.

Aamir Khan confirms the wedding date

The duo has been sharing a residence for more than a year now. Last month, Aamir revealed that the couple had decided to get married. Then, earlier this week, at the premiere of ‘Pritam and Pedro’, the streaming debut of his longtime collaborator Rajkumar Hirani, Aamir confirmed on the red carpet that Sunday’s wedding would be a registered marriage, followed by a small, intimate gathering limited to family and his close friends.

Aamir Khan’s first two marriages

This marks Aamir’s third time getting married. His first marriage was to Reena Dutta in 1986, and the two continue to co-parent their children, actor Junaid Khan and entrepreneur Ira Khan, who is married to fitness trainer Nupur Shikare. Following his split from Reena in 2002, Aamir started dating filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2004, and the couple married the following year. They welcomed a son, Azad, via surrogacy in 2011.Khan and Kiran got divorced in 2021, but continue to co-parent Azad. Though Kiran has started her own banner, Kindling Productions, she’s also a board member on Aamir Khan Productions. In fact, her last directorial, Laapataa Ladies, was co-produced by both Kinding Productions and Aamir Khan Productions. Kiran, Reena, and Aamir also continue to work together in their non-profit organization, Paani Foundation.

Additionally, Kiran, Reena and Aamir continue to collaborate through their non-profit organisation, Paani Foundation.
