Director Georgia Oakley is taking over the helm for the adaptation of Jane Austen’s classics, starring Edgar-Jones in the lead role as Elinor Dashwood of the Dashwood family. The trailer shows that the upcoming film stays true to the themes of the original book, yet follows a dark colour tone throughout. The trailer shows the family’s ordeal after they must move into a cottage, having lived a life of wealth before being passed over for their father’s inheritance because of their step-brother.
